Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Deputy School Principal (International Program) to support the academic and operational management of the international curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Support school leadership in daily academic and administrative operations
- Oversee the implementation of the International Program (Cambridge/IB)
- Monitor student academic performance, discipline, and well-being
- Manage and support teaching staff, including mentoring and evaluations
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with academic standards
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Contribute to strategic development and continuous improvement of school processes
Requirements
- English proficiency: B2+ or higher
- Experience with Cambridge or IB programs (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an educational institution
- Degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international curricula and assessment frameworks
- Proven experience in teacher management and staff development
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment
- Experience with academic documentation and compliance standards
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and decision-making ability
- Experience with educational technologies is considered an advantage
