Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Deputy School Principal (International Program) to support the academic and operational management of the international curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Support school leadership in daily academic and administrative operations
• Oversee the implementation of the International Program (Cambridge/IB)
• Monitor student academic performance, discipline, and well-being
• Manage and support teaching staff, including mentoring and evaluations
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with academic standards
• Maintain effective communication with parents
• Contribute to strategic development and continuous improvement of school processes

Requirements

• English proficiency: B2+ or higher
• Experience with Cambridge or IB programs (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an educational institution
• Degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international curricula and assessment frameworks
• Proven experience in teacher management and staff development
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment
• Experience with academic documentation and compliance standards
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and decision-making ability
• Experience with educational technologies is considered an advantage
