We are looking for a motivated and responsible native English teacher who is passionate about education, uses modern teaching methods, and is committed to supporting students’ academic and personal development.

Requirements

• Degree in the relevant subject area.
• Pedagogical qualifications.
• Communicative knowledge of English and Polish.
• Ability to work effectively with students and adapt teaching methods to their individual needs.
• Willingness to use modern and engaging teaching methods.
• Good communication and cooperation skills.
• Commitment to professional development and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum and school standards.
• Prepare students for exams and subject competitions.
• Use modern, student-centred teaching methods and individualise learning.
• Prepare teaching materials and educational projects.
• Maintain accurate electronic class documentation and student progress reports.
• Communicate with parents and participate in parent meetings.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, school events and professional development.
• Supervise students and provide substitute lessons when required.
• Ensure student safety during school activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, mentors and the subject team.
• Take on additional responsibilities, such as class tutor or subject coordinator, as assigned by the Principal.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Working Time

The full-time position includes 40 hours per week, consisting of:

• 25 teaching hours
• Organisational and methodological work, communication with parents and professional self-development
• 3 substitute teaching hours per month
