Then welcome to the team! # Sales Specialist — B2C & B2B **Location:** Turkey / Hybrid **Employment type:** Full-time **Department:** R&D Department **Project:** Toronto Imperial School (TIS Turkey) ### About the role We are looking for a **Sales Specialist** to join our team and drive the growth of **Toronto Imperial School in the Turkish market**. The role has a strong **B2C focus** — you will work directly with students and parents, manage leads throughout the full sales cycle, and turn inquiries into enrollments. You will also contribute to **B2B business development** by building partnerships with schools, educational agencies, language centres, and other organizations. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who is confident in direct client communication, understands both B2C and B2B sales, and is motivated by clear targets and measurable results. ### Key Responsibilities **B2C Sales — Primary Focus** - Manage incoming and existing leads throughout the sales funnel. - Communicate with prospective students and parents. - Present TIS Canadian academic programs and their benefits. - Conduct online and offline sales consultations. - Follow up with leads and guide families through the enrollment process. - Handle objections and recommend suitable programs. - Convert leads into enrolled students. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets. - Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM. **B2B Sales & Partnerships** - Identify and contact potential schools, educational agencies, language centres, and other partners. - Present TIS programs and partnership opportunities. - Conduct B2B meetings and negotiations. - Build and maintain long-term partner relationships. - Support the expansion of TIS’s partner network across Turkey. **Sales Performance** - Participate in webinars, presentations, and educational events. - Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales funnel performance. - Identify opportunities to improve conversion and sales results. - Share insights on lead quality, customer needs, objections, and market trends. - Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Marketing team. ### What We’re Looking For - **3+ years of sales experience**, with strong B2C sales experience and exposure to B2B. - Experience in **Education, EdTech, international schools, or educational consulting** is a strong advantage. - Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience working with leads and converting them into paying customers. - Good understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement. - **Upper-Intermediate English or higher.** - Experience working with CRM systems. - Strong focus on sales targets, conversion, and measurable results. ### It’s a Plus If You Have - Experience selling educational programs directly to students and parents. - Experience in international education or international schools. - An existing network within the Turkish education market. - Knowledge of **Russian or Ukrainian**. ### What We Offer - **Remote or hybrid work** from our office in Turkey. - Flexible working schedule. - **24 days of paid annual leave + sick leave.** - Corporate English classes. - Regular professional training and development. - Support from an experienced Sales Operations Manager and team. - The opportunity to **shape the growth of TIS in Turkey** and develop your career within an international education group. ### Ready to make an impact in international education?
